by Shane Henson — January 8, 2014—Knowcross Solutions, a developer of technology solutions for the global hospitality industry, recently announced a partnership with Omni Facilities Management, a U.K.-based hotel outsourcing and FM company serving over 150 hotels in the U.K. and Singapore, to get its flagship guest services management system into the hands of more facilities managers at hotels in the U.K. and Singapore.
The software, TRITON, presents an innovative way for hotels with in-house or outsourced housekeeping departments to recognize more savings without jeopardizing quality or overburdening staff. The software suite allows hotels to stay in control of their operations through smartphones and tablets, allowing them to manage housekeeping and maintenance tasks as well as guest requests, complaints and personalized services. The TRITON suite is already used in more than 200 hotels around the world, including the Grand Hyatt in Singapore and the Rosewood, Andaz and Corinthia hotels in London, notes Knowcross.
This partnership will enable Knowcross to cover the U.K. & Singapore market more effectively, says the company. As one of the leading hotel outsourcing and facilities management companies, with a large customer base, Omni will promote TRITON to hotels looking for cost-effective solutions that also add value to their business.
“Our hotel clients are actively looking for new ways to improve the guest experience and reduce costs, without jeopardizing quality or overburdening their staff,” said Asif Alidina, director of business development at Omni Facilities Management. “Having researched the hospitality software market place for several years, we believe that the TRITON software suite will provide substantial time savings across the housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and guest service functions.”
