The result will be a more innovative and efficient organization that can deftly respond to industry needs and improve productivity in facilities management in healthcare organizations, notes the company .

“This consolidation creates substantial value for customers and stakeholders by combining three successful, well run business units under one roof,” said Linc Health President Raymond Peter Zambuto. “It will benefit customers through exciting new service offerings and expanded capabilities.”

Linc Health provides further benefits to customers by combining the expertise and customer relationships of all companies into a single, integrated organization offering a full range of bundled solutions. “A key benefit of this transaction is the synergies gained by pooling the expertise and best practices of the three companies,” Zambuto added.
