by Rebecca Walker — September 4, 2009—MACTEC has been awarded a $3.8 million contract by the United States Air Force (USAF) to conduct facility condition assessments (FCAs) at 10 bases worldwide.
The project, slated for completion by this December, includes assessment of office buildings, warehouses, utilities, roadways, airfield pavements (runways, taxiways and aprons), and selected site development features (rail trackage, tanks, towers, fencing).
