by Shane Henson — July 16, 2012—Enterprise real estate software leader Manhattan Software recently announced that a definitive agreement has been reached with Bricsnet FM America to support the company’s Building|Center clients. Bricsnet brings “speed to value” to the management of a company’s real estate portfolio, strategy and operations. Bricsnet’s Building|Center is an ASP-based (application service provider) business software product that provides real-time access to data across an entire portfolio of built property and design/construction projects.
“Manhattan is pleased to reach an agreement with Bricsnet to provide Building|Center clients with continued services,” said Craig Gillespie, CEO of Manhattan Software Americas. “As the leader in integrated workplace management systems, we feel these clients will be able to increase the functionality of their current implementation as well as share in best practices with the Manhattan international client base.”
As part of the agreement, key team members from Bricsnet will be brought into Manhattan Software to provide continuity and expertise.
