MaxLite partners with Redwood Systems to remotely power its LED luminaires

According to MaxLite, the partnership will enable its LED luminaires to be remotely powered by the Redwood platform with the appropriate power and electrical properties for Redwood’s Class 2 power delivery system. They are profiled to enable automatic plug-and-play and full-fixture auto-commissioning, providing an ease-of-use likely be appreciated by MaxLite’s customers.

Redwood Systems has developed an innovative, energy-efficient lighting system that provides advanced control capabilities along with rich building-performance data to improve the process used to illuminate, heat, occupy, and manage commercial buildings. Working with Redwood Systems’ platform, MaxLite luminaires are expected to deliver unparalleled energy savings and achieve best-in-class dimming while helping clients achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) points and reduce costs.
