by Ann Withanee — June 22, 2012—In response to customers in search of furniture systems that respond to changes, Innovant developed FORm_office, a benching system that, says Innovant, is designed from the inside out. The inside is where cable management, technology accommodations and rugged superstructure contribute the functional replacement for traditional cubicle furniture. The design also meets the needs of facilities managers looking for systems that can be quickly reconfigured.
The FORm_office benching system received a Gold Award in Best of NeoCon product competition during NeoCon, the major contract furniture exposition held annually at The Merchandise Mart, Chicago.
Customers drove the design. Many were looking for an open plan workstation that could combine the technological sophistication and intelligence of Innovant’s renowned trading desks with traditional workstation and benching details. Innovant created a single desking platform that could be scaled from a collaborative worktable to a full workstation or trading desk environment with minimal effort and cost.
FORm_office configurations can be adapted to the nature of companies and their workers, while accommodating necessary technologies. The system also has the ability to be reconfigured as changes so dictate.
FORm_office is engineered and designed to meet needs of a broad spectrum of industries, including media, finance, higher education, military and telecommunications throughout the global marketplace.
