by Brianna Crandall — July 6, 2015—In addition to the multiple Best of NeoCon Award-winning collaboration with West Elm Workspace and other products, office furniture manufacturer Inscape Corporation introduced five European-designed seating lines and diverse solutions to improve collaboration and productivity in the workplace during the NeoCon 2015 contract furnishings show in Chicago in June.

European-designed seating

These stylish seating designs provide a range of options for the way work is done today, whether it is in a more traditional workspace, a collaborative standing-height workspace, or lounge-type work areas, says Inscape.

  • Crossline: Comfort at work—Crossline is the result of close collaboration between scientists, engineers and designers to develop a novel seating system offering premium comfort. With its patented technology and innovative backrest design, Crossline molds to the body, supporting the spine without restricting or influencing movement.
  • TurnAround creates a dynamic sitting experience, encourages posture movement and fosters lively interaction among colleagues.

  • Fan: Distinctively Elegant—Fan is a lounge chair for interior spaces with a distinctive character. An elegant shell features precise stitching, while the diversity of choices allows for a unique design.
  • OnSpot: Find the fun in functional—OnSpot helps create the relaxed atmosphere desired in many of today’s workspaces. With a shell that flows around the body, comfortable armrest wings and lumbar support, OnSpot looks great and feels even better.
  • SweetSpot: Sophisticated comfort—A perfect blend of attractive design and excellent ergonomics, SweetSpot is a comfortable guest and lounge chair that makes a design statement. Ideal for creative exchanges, a retreat for concentrated work or to welcome visitors in style, SweetSpot is available in leather, vinyl and fabric in a variety of colors.
  • TurnAround: Get moving—Wherever the plan is to foster flexibility and collaboration — at high desks or low tables — TurnAround is ready for action. TurnAround creates a dynamic sitting experience, encourages posture movement and fosters lively interaction among colleagues.
