June 29, 2007—Acoustic Network Manager Software earned Silver in the Software Technologies category this year, making the LogiSon Acoustic Network a four-time Best of NeoCon winner, the company announced.

Acoustic Network Manager 2007 is a complete redevelopment of an earlier version of the software. The entire user interface, backend, and data storage functions have changed; however, users of the previous versions will continue to be supported.

A significant part of the process focused on advancing the Graphical User Interface (GUI). Visual indicators offering ‘at a glance’ information and improvements made in the use of screen real estate streamline the user experience, says LogiSon.

CAD integration allows users to design the layout of the LogiSon Acoustic Network and then use this custom visual interface to control its components. Because the visual interface will be unique to each space, users can geographically pinpoint and control individual components without referring to serial numbers or another source, such as a printed document, notes the company.

Acoustic Network Manager 2007 can be installed on a desktop, laptop or tablet PC. For more information, see the Web site.
