by AF 0618 k3 — June 19, 2009—Ergonomic seating manufacturer Neutral Posture, Inc. has launched the NV chair at NeoCon 2009. Created with world class designer David Jenkins, the NV can be customized to complement various esthetic themes and settings. Neutral Posture goes beyond its reputation for ergonomics by combining ergonomics with sustainability, comfort and style, says the company.

Unlimited leather, fabric, and wood trim options, plus many additional customizable features, are available to make the NV as unique as the room it is in. The polished aluminum base and arm options provide a rich accompaniment to the textile and wood options. In addition, the NV is built with environmentally friendly features including BioFlex Hybrid foam, easily replenished American Walnut wood, and Ecolife leather.

Innovation lies in NV’s exclusive split seat design, highly contoured backrest, and wood trim options. Dramatic contours of the back shell, with vertical adjustability, embrace the user while offering support and comfort. Two back height options provide fit for both larger and smaller users. A separate seat and back, multiple armrest options, and a front of seat split allows flexibility for the users’ legs, reducing pressure and increasing well being when sitting for long periods of time. A chair control offers a reclining mechanism that is smooth and easy to adjust.
