by Shane Henson — August 15, 2011—Facilities managers hoping to streamline and improve the asset maintenance process can now take advantage of Proteus MMX, a Web-based, multi-enterprise solution for asset life-cycle management offered through Eagle Technology Inc., a developer of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and enterprise asset management (EAM).
Proteus MMX is available as either an on-premise Web-based solution or SaaS (software as a service) and offers a fully integrated, multi-enterprise solution for optimized asset life-cycle management. Scheduling preventive maintenance, controlling inventory, and tracking asset repair costs are a few of the features of the Proteus line of CMMS/EAM.
According to Eagle Technology, Proteus MMX is easy to use and affordable, and has been tried and tested across hundreds of intelligent buildings, manufacturing plants, hospital/healthcare facilities, school and college campuses, and airports.
The launch of this product coincided with Eagle Technology’s announcement that they have undergone a complete rebranding with new company and product logos, packaging, new marketing materials, and a comprehensive update of their Web site. Through their rebranding effort, the company hopes to attract even more manufacturing and facilities professionals who are looking to increase efficiency and sustainability within their respective organizations.
