New roof coatings from Industrial Nanotech Inc. said to lower energy costs, provide fire protection

The company says it is launching three products. Nansulate RF-IC is designed for industrial and commercial flat roofs and provides exceptional thermal insulation and protection against fire. Nansulate RF-M is designed for corrugated metal roofs and provides exceptional thermal insulation and protection against corrosion. And Nansulate RF-R is a clear coating designed for tile, slate, or shingle roofs that provides exceptional thermal insulation and protection against mold, mildew, and algae growth.

Nansulate is the company’s patented product line of specialty coatings containing a nanotechnology-based material and which are well-documented to provide the combined performance qualities of thermal insulation, corrosion prevention, resistance to mold growth, fire resistance, chemical resistance and lead encapsulation in an environmentally safe, water-based, coating formulation.
