by Brianna Crandall — August 1, 2018 — Light-emitting diode (LED) lighting products pioneer Nora Lighting just introduced the Marquise II Series of LED downlights with the latest CREE COB technology. The fixtures are designed for light commercial or high-end residential applications, and can be specified for new construction, remodels, sloped ceilings and fire-rated housings.

According to Nora Lighting, COB (chip on board) technology allows better optic control and offers three beam spreads: spot, narrow flood or flood beam. Beam spreads focus the light down to the work plane from high ceiling installations.

Both IC and non-IC options are available with 900 to 2500 lumens in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K with 90+CRI.

Deep cone reflectors feature a small 2” LED source. Other apertures include 4”, 5” and 6” with square, adjustable, reflector, baffle, slope and decorative glass styles.
