by Brianna Crandall — December 27, 2017 — NSS Enterprises, an established manufacturer of a full line of cleaning machines used in over 60 countries, recently launched a ride-on scrubber with what it calls a “revolutionary” new control system: a joystick control designed to allow the operator to work in a very natural position, with no steering wheel or standing required, and the ability to “turn on a dime.”
The easy-to-operate scrubber, which won a 2016 ISSA Visitor’s Choice Innovation Award, features a Conservation Mode that uses less water and less energy, and a Max Power Mode that temporarily boosts scrubbing power when needed. In addition, it features a squeegee positioned directly behind the scrub brushes designed to recover all the solution, even in tight turns.
eForce Scrubber features and benefits include:
- High visibility of work areas.
- Ease in training — A training manual is built into the touchscreen control panel.
- Specific dial-in for your application — Three solution flow rates, three pad pressures, two pad speeds and two vacuum speeds give the flexibility you need to maximize productivity and run-time.
- Conservation Mode — With one button press, the eForce Scrubber is set to the lowest water and power settings for cleaning areas where quiet operation and water conservation is needed.
The eForce Scrubber also features an onboard battery charger, with battery options from 220 AH AGM to 250 AH AGM, and run-times from up to 3.0 hours to up to 4.3 hours. The solution tank holds 25 gallons, and the recovery tank holds 27 gallons.
