Orion ECI launches optical entrance-control turnstile at ASIS 2015

(Orion ECI), manufacturer of high-end entrance-control turnstile solutions, will unveil its newest turnstile and feature “exciting” partnerships at ASIS International’s 61st Annual Seminar and Exhibits September 28-October 1 in Anaheim, California.

OBFG-E turnstile

Orion ECI’s newest addition to its line of turnstiles, the Optical Bi-Parting Full Glass-Extended (OBFG-E) turnstile, is designed to have an open and clean, classic look while incorporating the company’s Beam Scan Optical Detection solution with German engineering motion controls to provide a superior product.

The standard finish features stainless steel topped with Corian. Glass barrier height can be configured at the waist, chest, or head level for a customized solution. The OBFG-E also boasts an available 3M bullet-resistant film.

Partnerships

Orion will also feature its recent integration partnerships with MorphoWave biometric access control, Blueline facial recognition software, and IBC’s barcode readers.
