August 13, 2007 — The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently launched an online database with information on more than 800 chemicals commonly found in the workplace.
Database reports include: “Physical Properties,” “Exposure Guidelines,” “NIOSH Pocket Guide,” and “Emergency Response Information,” including the DOT Emergency Response Guide. In addition, an all-in-one report, “Full Report,” is available.
The OSHA/EPA Occupational Chemical Database is available on the OSHA Web site.
