PeopleCube’s enhanced Workspace Manager makes it even easier to find and book workspace

by Shane Henson — May 25, 2012—PeopleCube, a provider of intelligent workplace management technology, recently announced that improvements it has made to Workspace Manager, a Web-based resource scheduling system used for reserving and managing rooms, booking desks, scheduling car parking spaces, and managing visitors, has increased its functionality and made it an even better resource booking system for today’s busy workplaces.

Workspace Manager now accommodates the import of computer-aided design (CAD) diagrams to ease the process of finding and reserving a room, workspace, or resource. Being able to directly upload CAD files into Workspace Manager means that administrators can more quickly incorporate the latest building information into their scheduling system, says PeopleCube. It accelerates the process of booking and administering desks, rooms, and other organizational resources, thereby benefiting users and administrators alike.

In addition, the software now supports the Google Chrome browser, enables administrators to easily monitor new and changed reservations made via Outlook, and provides improved synchronization with Outlook.
