by AF1013b3 — October 15, 2008—With Planon’s new Printstik PS910, the user can print from a BlackBerry or computer via a Bluetooth connection anywhere in just seconds. The Printstik itself has a cartridge of paper built into the portable unit. The suggested retail cost is $299.99.

The hand-held portable scanner can capture a printed page in four seconds and scan it into memory. It can store up to 100 pages. Viewing digitized pages requires a simple hookup to any Windows PC equipped with a USB port. It prints characters and graphics clearly with no smudging, according to the company.
