For businesses ranging from restaurants to health clinics, energy costs have long been the biggest “uncontrollable” expense item. With the eMonitor, a small business can now see where they are using energy and control the waste, with remote HVAC controls, benchmarking capabilities, diagnostics and alerts all contributing to reducing costs. A typical installation is expected to create energy cost savings of 10 percent to 20 percent, resulting in a return on investment of less than one year.
