According to Powr-Flite, a manufacturer of commercial floor care equipment, the recently introduced equipment in its “Innovation Package” were all designed to make cleaning easier, faster, and more effective. Products include the Airwatt Carpet Extractor, Wonder Wand, Comfort Pro Backpack Vacuum, and Deluxe Hybrid 3-Speed Carpet Dryer.
The Airwatt Carpet Extractor is a 500 psi, 10-gallon hot water carpet extractor designed around a powerful Ametek single two-stage 6.6″ motor that outperforms two conventional vacuum motors. Powr-Flite’s Airwatt Extractor also includes state-of-the-art bearing protection for longer lifecycles, patented curved “Eternity” carbon brushes, “remarkable” water recovery, and a lower amp draw that helps eliminate blown circuit breakers, the company says.
The Wonder Wand is an easy-to-use two-jet, 1000 psi wand that atomizes solution, forcing it through carpet fibers and leaving carpet cleaner and drier. Its unique roller system glides across all carpet types, eliminating the need to lift the wand and reducing operator fatigue, Powr-Flite adds.
The Comfort Pro Backpack Vacuum is a high-performance backpack designed for the ultimate in cleaning and comfort, Powr-Flite says. It received The Carpet and Rug Institute’s Gold seal of approval, and comes standard with four-stage HEPA filtration, super-quiet decibel levels, and easy-access tools. Powr-Flite says it partnered with Deuter, the leader in backpack and hiking gear, to provide a comfortable, individualized fitting harness.
The Deluxe Hybrid 3-Speed Carpet Dryer combines the features of a squirrel-cage design with the increased drying power of an axial fan, delivering maximum air velocity of 3,400 feet per minute. Compact in size, the Hybrid weighs 45 percent less than a typical blower and takes up half the space, the company says.
According to Powr-Flite, when purchased together, customers can save more than $500.
