Prenova’s Decision_Point helps organizations easily track energy data

The company now offers Decision_Point, a key addition to the company’s cloud-based energy management suite.

Decision_Point is delivered via a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, requiring no upfront capital or hardware investment. It helps organizations with multiple facilities track and analyze energy data from a single Internet portal, combining data from three sources (utility bills, EMS/BAS alarms, and equipment work orders) in a centralized location and providing flexible business intelligence tools to make the data more useful.

Key features include:

  • Centralized access to utility data, system alarms, and work orders;
  • User configurable KPI dashboard;
  • Library of standard dashboard widgets and ability to create custom widgets;
  • Easy drilldown from dashboard to underlying data;
  • Express queries for faster data access and reporting;
  • Advanced queries using multiple parameters, filters, crosstabs, and other data selection methods; and
  • Secure online storage of essential files.
