by Brianna Crandall — December 13, 2017 — PRIDE Industries, a nonprofit social enterprise providing facilities and manufacturing services to businesses and government agencies nationwide while creating meaningful jobs for people with disabilities, has been awarded a multi-year janitorial services contract with Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA, KSEA, Sea-Tac).
Sea-Tac Airport is a premier international gateway serving the Puget Sound region of Washington State and is operated by the Port of Seattle. In 2016, more than 45 million passengers traveled through the airport, ranked the 9th busiest in the nation.

PRIDE Industries, partnering with Evergreen Building Services, will operate in the Central Terminal, Concourse C, Concourse D, and North Satellite. Sharing a commitment to environmental sustainability, the partners say they will provide certified green-cleaning and environmental program expertise while exceeding expectations in quality and customer services.
With a history spanning over 50 years, PRIDE Industries operates in 14 states and the nation’s capital, employing more than 5,600 people, including 3,400 individuals with disabilities. The nonprofit provides facility operations and maintenance services, custodial services, contract manufacturing, supply chain management, and fulfillment services to companies nationwide.
