Unlike traditional alcohol- or bleach-based surface disinfectants, the two products require no hazard or warning statements and carry bacterial kill times from 30 seconds to two minutes, compared with 10 minutes for competing products, says PURE. Independent laboratory studies indicate that the two disinfectants with SDC technology are fast acting and effective at eliminating potentially health-threatening pathogens, such as: MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus), CA-MRSA, PVL-MRSA and VRE (Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium); Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella enteric; Human Corona virus (SARS surrogate) and Rotavirus; and Norovirus, Human Influenza A and Avian Influenza A (Bird Flu).
