by Shane Henson — November 28, 2011—Rentokil Initial, reportedly one of the largest business services companies in the world, is poised to become even bigger through its expected acquisition of MSS Facilities Management, Managed Support Services’ (MSS) building services division.
MSS Facilities Management, which has 200 employees, has an approximate annual gross revenue (turnover) of £22 million and operates from two principal trading sites in Manchester and London, England.
According to Rentokil Initial’s leadership, the acquisition provides excellent synergies with the company’s existing mechanical and electrical engineering building services business, which operates within the initial facilities division.
