Ronadeck introduces Fast Grip surface material for interior and exterior applications

December 30, 2002—Ronadeck has extended their products with the launch of Ronadeck Fast Grip, a high-performance, resin and aggregate surface, suitable for internal and external locations as well as for a variety of locations from hospitals to schools.

Applications include driveways and roadways, ramps and entrances, car parks, paths, steps, balconies and other public areas. Ronadeck Fast Grip is able to withstand heavy traffic—foot and vehicular. One important factor, says the company, is its slip resistance, particularly beneficial for entrances and ramps open to all weathers.

Access and facilities for the disabled are highly relevant, with Ronadeck Fast Grip providing a solution for many areas. The aggregate surface provides an attractive texture, with grip in both dry and wet conditions.

The new surface can be used by foot and vehicle traffic within 2 hours of laying. End-users and contractors benefit from the speed of laying and minimal disruption, as the work can be carried out quickly. Unlike similar materials, it can also be laid in cold weather/winter, thereby extending the period when work can be carried out.

Ronadeck Fast Grip incorporates a wide variety of natural and colored aggregates. Surfaces can be color-coded and words/logos integrated into the surface to assist locating facilities and rooms.

Ronadeck Fast Grip WP—a waterproof version—is specifically designed for use on balconies, roof top car parks and areas open to the elements, where protection against rainwater is needed.
