The winners were determined by a number of key measurements such as sales, service levels and outstanding support for both dealer and S.P. Richards sales and marketing initiatives. Awards are presented in five major categories.
The 2010 Vendors of the Year are:

- Furniture: The HON Company
- Technology: Hewlett Packard
- Cleaning and Breakroom Supply: Energizer
- Strategic Partner of the Year: Touchstone Motivation Group
- S.P. Richards Heritage Award: ACCO Brands
