Saudi NTCC announces joint venture with global FM provider UGL Services

UGL Services will initially focus on providing FM services and property services to government and private sector clients across Saudi Arabia, with the aim to “preserve assets, extend their lifespan, and enhance the experience for workers and visitors.”

The CEO, Managing Director and Vice President of NTCC, Eng. Salah Al-Afaliq, said: “UGL Services facilities management offerings are relevant from the design stage right through to the operation phase. UGL Services can assist clients reviewing design specifications and requirements, assisting in equipment selection, coordinate and work with consultants to test and commission the property and inspect, operate and verify that the systems, equipment and components are operating in accordance with design specifications resulting in significant savings over the life of the property.”
