by Shane Henson — February 25, 2013—Siveco China, a large maintenance consultancy in China with a significant FM business, has been awarded a major multisite project with property management company Shanghai Green Property Management, a subsidiary of Fortune 500 developer Greenland Holdings. The contract includes consulting services and the implementation of Siveco’s bluebee solutions “for the workers of tomorrow,” a suite of intuitive mobile applications with a central management platform known as bluebee cloud.
According to Siveco China, the first phase of the project covers the build-up of a “core model” of best practices for facilities management, both soft and hard services. Three pilot sites have been selected, including a residential property, a commercial office building, and a landmark ultra-high building. This initial phase will be followed by a large-scale deployment over 100 sites, with an expected 3,000 mobile users within three years.
Siveco China says this contract demonstrates its unique capability to support Chinese property developers and facilities management companies to tackle their unique facilities management challenges, across a large number of sites, through the implementation of innovative technological tools.
Siveco China says it supports best practices in maintenance, facilities management and risk prevention through a range of services, including assessment and maintenance engineering. Headquartered in Shanghai, the company reportedly has more than 60 customers across more than 600 sites in China.
