Imation helps companies make the transition to digital document management systems with products and services that deliver superior long-term solutions. Imation will now integrate Spicer Imagenation into its document management offerings.
Spicer is providing powerful document viewing, editing, scanning and cleanup functions that meet the high standards of both Imation and its customers, according to John Foggo, Imation’s Global Document Imaging Business Manager. Imagenation will enable Imation’s clients to quickly and reliably view nearly 150 industry standard files including CAD, raster, vector, hybrid, and 3D files, as well as office documents such as Word, WordPerfect, and PDF files without the native application that created them. Imation users will also benefit from Imagenation’s robust document cleanup tool such as deskew, despeckle, and crop for fewer document interpretation errors. Navigation tools that include zoom, scale, and rotate compliment reference, detail, and thumbnail windows to help users easily find the information they need on documents.
