The alliance will provide GLE with the ability to market and install Telkonet’s portfolio of EcoSmart energy management products.
Facilities managers in the hospitality industry hoping to drive down energy costs while maintaining a comfortable environment for their guests may benefit from learning more about GLE, as well as Telkonet’s EcoSmart products.
Utilizing Telkonet’s suite of EcoSmart products, which are designed specifically to minimize energy consumption while ensuring optimal guest comfort, GLE recently completed installations at three individual Florida properties: the TradeWinds Sandpiper Resort, an 800-room facility in St. Petersburg Beach, where 342 thermostats were installed in Phase 1; the Holiday Inn & Suites Gulfview in Clearwater; and the Holiday Inn Harbourside in Indian Rocks Beach, where products were installed in over 500 hotel and conference rooms.
After exhaustive comparisons to other hospitality energy management systems available, Green Lodging Energy concluded that Telkonet’s patented Recovery Time technology, with more than 200,000 units installed throughout the world, allows their hospitality clients to provide guests with consistent and comfortable indoor environmental conditions regardless of which room or floor they occupy, or what side of the building they are on.
