The acquisition will increase Telogis’ penetration into valuable industry sectors, and the Telogis product line will provide Remote Dynamics’ customers with a strong suite of tools to increase the efficiency and profitability of their mobile assets, the companies say.
“Remote Dynamics has a long and distinguished track record of providing fleet and asset management solutions in a number of major vertical markets,” said Dave Cozzens, CEO of Telogis. “Integrating the company’s established product set into Telogis’ existing suite of solutions such as Telogis Mobile and Telogis Route provide a robust offering for Remote Dynamics customers as well as expands our portfolio of industry competencies.”
