by Brianna Crandall — March 30, 2015—To help cleaning contractors successfully manage and distribute information and improve decision-making, Templa Computer Systems has added a new module to its fully integrated Templa CMS contract management software.
Templa CMS , designed specifically for cleaning companies, offers integrated accounts and payroll, storing all the information about the key business processes required to manage a company’s cleaning contracts in a centralized contract database, and then delivering tight control of all the contract elements through its modular design.

The ten core system modules are Contracts, Budgets, Pay, Billing, Accounts, Stores Control, Work Bills, Analytics, Asset Management and Workflow. The current optional modules are Customer Service, Quality Audit, Mobile CMS, Customer Portal, and the new Dashboards. Modules coming in 2015 include Telesales and Quotation Management.
Templa says that its Analytics module solved the problem of producing accurate information, and the newly released Dashboards module solves the challenge of distributing this information to staff in an easily digestible format.
The new Dashboards module delivers management information across different performance measures in a readable and regular format directly to staff’s log-in screen. It ensures that up-to-date sales, financial, operational and compliance data is available for immediate review and action, reducing the need to e-mail reports and attend meetings.

Dashboards gives the flexibility to define “unlimited” combinations of graphical key performance indicator (KPI) data and issue them to staff on a predetermined basis so that when they log in they see the latest information, with options for real-time updates.
Site profitability, quality audits, stores expenditure, timesheet completion, work bill commitments, sales pipeline—all these areas of the business can be summarized, compared across management or client structures, and presented in graphical format, says TemplaCMS. When a variance is identified, dynamic drill-down is achieved by click-through.
