by Brianna Crandall — December 24, 2018 — Charlotte Products earlier this year launched the Enviro-Solutions Terrazzo and Concrete Floor Care Program, which was recently named the winner of the 2018 ISSA Innovation Awards in the Cleaning Agents Category. Competing with eight other unique equipment products, the Enviro- Solutions Terrazzo and Concrete Floor Care Program was selected as the leading innovative product by cleaning-industry distributors, wholesalers, building service contractors and in-house service professionals.

The Terrazzo and Concrete Floor Care Program is designed to ensure facilities and cleaning personnel never having to deep strip, scrub, seal, apply floor finish or diamond grind these surfaces again, once the products are in use.
Designed to reduce labor up to 60 percent over conventional methods, the so-called “revolutionary” program combines innovative floor solutions with diamond pad technology to ensure professional high-sheen results, which are enhanced with regular floor maintenance.
The program also won School Planning & Management and College Planning & Management magazines’ 2018 New Product Awards under the Cleaning Equipment and Supplies category. The New Product Award program honors the outstanding product development achievements of manufacturers and suppliers whose products or services are considered to be particularly noteworthy in their ability to enhance the learning environment. The program will also be featured in the November/December issue of each magazine.
