U.K.’s BSRIA launches FM client satisfaction survey

by jbs060310 j3 — June 7, 2010—The U.K.’s BSRIA, “the built environment experts,” is seeking participants for its second annual Total Facilities Management survey. The five-minute confidential survey will enable participants to measure their level of satisfaction with the service delivery they are receiving compared to the rest of the industry.

BSRIA notes that a well-managed building directly affects operating costs and ensures good staff health and morale, while in the long term keeping capital and revenue costs under control. Year-on-year demonstration of improvement becomes an important area of focus and adoption of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) a powerful mechanism to monitor performance.

Participants will receive a complimentary Key Performance Indicator (KPI) wall chart of the results. Results from the 2009 Total FM survey are available from BSRIA.
