by Rebecca Walker — October 15, 2010—UTC Fire & Security announced it will offer its comprehensive range of security products through four primary brands: Interlogix, Lenel, Supra and Onity. UTC Fire & Security is a business unit of United Technologies Corp.
This follows an announcement in March 2010 that UTC Fire & Security had acquired GE Security. UTC Fire & Security operates three separately managed business units – Global Security Products; Global Fire Products and Fire & Security Services.
“Lenel, Supra and Onity have well established reputations for product excellence, and we are excited to re-introduce the Interlogix brand to promote our residential and commercial solutions. We will continue to support our strong product brands under these businesses,” said Mark Barry, president of UTC Fire & Security’s Global Security Products group.
