VFA.auditor is a software for facilities and building managers to keep facilities condition data up-to-date, identify hotspot problem areas, or capture information across the portfolio using surveys. It can be used as a standalone solution for organizations that conduct assessments with their own staff or a complementary solution for organizations that also use third parties for assessments.
VFA.auditor Mobile puts a built-in facilities assessment process and content expertise at the fingertips of facilities managers and capital planners using tablets, including the Apple iPad. The latest release introduces a completely revamped tablet-style user interface designed to enhance the data collection experience, says VFA. It also lets users view and update existing requirement data, improving the accuracy of the Facility Condition Index benchmark and maintaining an effective foundation for capital planning.
