Videx launches new version of CyberLock software

by Rebecca Walker — October 8, 2008—Videx has released CyberAudit-Web Professional, a new version of the original CyberLock software. Web Professional completes a suite of three software products for managing the CyberLock Electronic Locks. From small businesses to mid-size companies to geographically wide-spread enterprises, this suite of CyberAudit-Web software is designed to provide a perfect fit for each company using CyberLocks, regardless of size, says Videx.

Designed for mid-sized companies, Web Professional installs on either a desktop computer or a server and supports Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. Up to five different managers can simultaneously access the program with a browser on their desktop.

Enterprise, the elite member of the software suite, offers the features typically required by large installations, including the ability to delegate the administration of the locks and keys to different departments or regions.

To round out the suite of software, Lite is a stand-alone program that runs on a PC or Mac and makes it easy for the small business owner to add electronic access control to doors and cabinets.
