The site allows an individual to assess his or her own competency in a range of FM skill and behavior areas. This personal reflection helps FMs to identify their training and development needs, which can then be addressed through The Asset Faculty program of open courses and Master classes.
The Asset Faculty 2009 program was launched December 1 with a new corporate style and Web site, www.theassetfaculty.com, from which the assessment tool can be downloaded. The site also contains the current schedules and outlines for all of The Asset Faculty open courses.
