The winners were presented at a special ceremony on July 26, 2010 during the Aspen Environment Forum. The 2010 Aspen Institute Energy and Environment Awards winners are:

- Nongovernmental Organization: Blue Green Alliance
Visual Art and Design: Shigeru Ban, Design Partner, Shigeru Ban Architects
Individual Thought Leadership: Gretchen Daily, Professor of Biology, Stanford University
