by Shane Henson — September 5, 2012—Yardi Systems Inc., provider of high-performance software solutions for the real estate industry, recently launched an enhanced version of Yardi Maintenance Mobile that is available at Android Market, BlackBerry App World, and Apple’s iTunes App Store.
This version makes maintenance techs’ jobs a bit easier through giving them the convenience of creating, updating and closing work orders in Yardi Maintenance from a mobile device, with results automatically updated in Yardi Voyager. New features available in the updated version of the application include the ability to sort work orders through a variety of fields, along with search bars that enable fast, easy selection of work orders, the company says.
Additional new features include work order status editing and new color bars that indicate the priority of work orders, both of which also correspond to the Yardi Maintenance settings in Yardi Voyager. Technicians can also view problem descriptions and access entry notes in a work order.
