by Shane Henson — January 7, 2013—YIFAN, a China-based manufacturer of crushing and screening equipment, has announced the launch of its mobile crusher, a product designed to reduce the amount of waste generated during construction projects.
As the company notes, in recent years, construction waste generated in the construction sector has been increasing consistently, with the resultant environmental pollution drawing the ire of the government and the public. Construction waste disposal has become an important subject in the environmental protection and resources reutilization fields. No doubt, the reutilization of construction waste is the current most effective method of construction waste treatment, which is in urgent need of advanced construction waste treatment technologies and construction waste processing equipment, says YIFAN.
YIFAN’s mobile crusher is such an attempt and has received good effect, the company says. The mobile crusher has become advanced by absorbing German advanced construction waste disposal technology. It integrates feeding, crushing, conveying, screening, washing and dust removing together and is widely used in construction waste recycling, mining waste processing, engineering construction, mining and other industries.
Construction waste such as brick, stone, and concrete can substitute for sand in masonry mortar, plaster mortar and concrete cushion after processing. After fine crushing, waste concrete blocks can be mixed with standard sand to be used as fine aggregate for wall and ground plastering, paving brick making and so on. YIFAN’s mobile crusher not only solves the environmental pollution and land occupation issues caused by construction waste, but also realizes the reutilization of construction waste, promoting the sustainable development of construction waste recycling, the company says.
