AFE Forward Boston 2025 taking place April 8-10 offers facility maintenance, engineers and managers three days to learn, lead and influence. Entitled “A Bright New Future for Facilities Engineering”, AFE Forward is the Association for Facilities Engineering’s annual meeting that celebrates industry accomplishments and welcomes the new AFE National Board.
In addition to networking with fellow facility engineers, attendees can participate in the Leadership Retreat focusing on Leading by Example and AFE Strategic Development. AFE leaders, credential holders, members, and aspiring guests will gather for strategic team building and management sessions to help grow local chapters and focus on building the future generation of facility engineers. Leadership sessions are provided as CEU opportunities for our Facility Credential Holders as well as non-credential leaders.
Sessions include:
- Maintaining a growth mindset; for the facility and the chapter
- “There is no I in TEAM” still holds true!
- How to lead the new generation of Facility Pros
- Incorporating a transitional education and training program in the facilities workspace
