The NIBS Building Innovation Conference 2025 brings together government agencies, contractors, the private sector, architects, scientists, and more to improve the built environment. The theme of this year’s conference is Thrive: Strategies for Resilient Communities.Education sessions will be centered around three main tracks:
- Leaders. Looking beyond buildings to enable community-level resilience. - Practitioners. Establishing processes for resilient building. Sessions will focus on codes, standards, existing buildings, risk assessment and management, and sustainable design and construction practices.
- Technologists. Highlighting current and emerging technologies for resilient design, construction, and planning. Sessions will focus on technology solutions, materials, use cases, and implementation and adoption.
Building Innovation has something to offer for anyone who helps develop solutions to challenges in the built environment. Earn continuing education credits from AIA and ICC as well as certificates of attendance for conference attendance. Topics of expert-led sessions include: resilience, technology, and building performance & sustainability.
