Accent Building Restoration chooses FieldAware field service automation solution to improve operational efficiency

Per the companies’ contract, ABR will use FieldAware’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) to more effectively manage its entire field service operations—from job scheduling and dispatching to on-site job quoting and invoicing. FieldAware’s flexible system eliminates the need for technicians to write out job descriptions and part numbers by allowing them to pick from pre-established items. Additionally, efficiencies are gained by integrating FieldAware with ABR’s accounting system.
