by Brianna Crandall — February 24, 2016—A provider of commercial energy recovery ventilation (ERV) technology for more than 35 years, Airxchange, Inc., now offers facilities managers and building owners aftermarket energy recovery solutions to assist in refurbishing the functionality of older energy recovery components.
Its new aftermarket business, led by Christopher Glover in the newly created position of director of Aftermarket Sales, provides building owners and FMs with a direct means for updating or replacing any manufacturers’ wheels without having to create special access openings or arrange for expensive lifts.
With an increased focus on the aftermarket business, Airxchange is advising building owners on how to add ERV technology to existing facilities as an affordable option to improve indoor comfort (IAQ) and occupant health while recovering valuable energy from building exhaust air.
With more than 250,000 installations, Airxchange says it is advancing ERV technology to bridge the gap between healthy indoor environments and energy consumption.
