The awards honor the achievements of individuals and companies in the field of interior design. This year’s winners come from a variety of backgrounds and represent the eclectic nature of the interior design industry. They are:
ASID Designer of Distinction Award: Mariette Himes Gomez, ASID

Innovation Award: Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA)/level Sustainability Standard
ASID Award winners will be recognized at Celebration during ASID@NeoCon, an awards ceremony scheduled for June 13, 2011 at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago.
