Securistyle specializes in window hardware, and its product offering includes high-performance friction hinges, handles and window locks.
“This acquisition strengthens our position in the U.K., as part of our strategy to add complementary products and segments to our offering in the mature markets,” says Johan Molin, President and CEO of ASSA ABLOY.
Dynaco is a leading producer of high-speed doors, specializing in sales to a global network of distributors.
Albany Door Systems is one of the global leaders in high-speed industrial doors.
