by jbs071410b3 — July 21, 2010—One Shelley Street at King Street Wharf is the overall winner of the annual Property Council of Australia Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards. The building, fully leased to the Macquarie Group, and also took the award for office developments.
The $316 million complex, owned and managed by Brookfield Multiplex, is the first in Australia to use an external diagonal steel structural system.
The award winners were chosen from a field of more than 100 finalists. They are:
