by jbs081210 a3 — August 20, 2010—BRE Global, developer of the BREEAM environmental assessment method, recently announced that its training team has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with RIBA Enterprises that will link their educational tools for the U.K. construction industry.
The two companies say they have recognized there are significant synergies between the services offered by both organizations, and they have identified a number of areas that will benefit from the combined experience and skills of both businesses working together.
Delegates undertaking BRE Global’s Code assessor training course are reportedly already benefiting from pre-course videos produced by RIBA Enterprises.
RIBA Enterprises and BRE Global will also explore ways in which the combined experience and skills of both businesses can be used to develop, market and deliver services for refurbishment focusing on the “NBS Scheduler” and “BREEAM for Refurbishment.”
