The new formulation cleans without using dangerous spot removers or solvents, says Daimer. Instead, according to the company, they use chemicals that are readily biodegradable and tested to biodegrade almost completely in less than a month.
The carpet and upholstery cleaner uses Micro-Blasting green cleaning particles that reportedly measure up to 100 times smaller than particles used in traditional cleaners. The green chemicals are designed to remove tough stains including those from pets, dairy, ink and blood.
The formulation encapsulates dirt and stains and then crystallizes upon drying for easy vacuuming, says Daimer. The chemicals can be applied by hand with a brush, or with carpet and upholstery machines such as carpet cleaners, extractors or shampooers. The cleaning chemicals are concentrated and can be ordered in packages ranging from 2 gallon cases to 5000-gallon containers.
Carpet Care & Upholstery Cleaner is the latest addition to Daimer’s Eco-Green floor care line of commercial green cleaning products. The Eco-Green line also includes tile and grout cleaners, concrete cleaners, floor finish removers and multi-purpose hard surface cleaners.
