by AF 0519 f5 — May 22, 2009—ETDE Facility Management Canada, part of the international Group Ecovert, has launched its presence in Canada and moved into offices in Surrey, British Columbia (BC).
The office in Greater Vancouver serves as the company’s base for its first public-private partnership project, to finance, design, build and operate the new Outpatient Facility in Surrey, the first of its kind in BC, according to the company.
Construction of the Outpatient Facility started in September 2008. It is expected to become operational by spring of 2011. ETDE FM Canada will partner with Fraser Health Authority to deliver hard FM, lifecycle and helpdesk services together with domestic, waste management and car parking services to the new facility.
